Organization improvement is dependent upon the learning, growth, and change of individuals, groups, and leadership teams. Over the last 25+ years I have provided organization consulting services (group facilitation, coaching, training, and conflict resolution) to hundreds of work groups; leadership teams/boards; and organizations (private corporations, non-profit, and government). As a facilitator of “stakeholder dialogue” I have also assisted diverse groups within communities to gain a broad perspective on important issues in order to identify and address community needs and/or initiate community improvement activities.
